Job Coach II

This role involves supporting clients from various age groups and backgrounds in developing vocational skills, finding employment, and thriving in their workplace environments. The Job Coach II is pivotal in enabling our clients to achieve their employment aspirations and enhancing their independence and self-esteem.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' skills, work preferences, and career goals to facilitate effective job matches.
• Develop customized training and support plans to help clients succeed in their chosen jobs.
• Collaborate with employers to create inclusive work environments and modify tasks according to client needs.
• Provide on-site support to clients in their workplace, offering guidance, motivation, and troubleshooting assistance.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjust support plans as needed to ensure long-term success.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
• Participate in community outreach to advocate for our clients and increase job opportunities.
