Professional Search Group OC is seeking an AR Clerk to join a dynamic team! The AR Clerk will be responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services and to ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations. The AR Clerk will also be responsible for securing revenue by verifying, posting receipts, and resolving discrepancies.

- Processes and verifies applications for credit and solicits payment on overdue accounts.
- First responder to customer and in-house sales questions and exception resolution.
- Responsible for invoicing customers.
- Compiles necessary information from financial institutions such as banks and credit organizations.
- Responsibilities also include keeping records of all delinquent accounts, incomplete files, and credit risks.
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Other accounting related duties that may be assigned from time to time
AR Clerk Qualifications:
- 2+ years of AR experience
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
