Hourly Range: $18-$20 per hour

CR&R is seeking a Tire Technician to support fleet maintenance by inspecting, repairing, and replacing tires on heavy-duty vehicles. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working around trucks and equipment.

Proper tire condition is critical to vehicle safety, regulatory compliance, and fleet reliability. The Tire Technician helps prevent breakdowns and keeps essential services moving.

• Inspect and service heavy-duty vehicle tires
• Repair and replace tires and wheels
• Perform preventative tire maintenance
• Maintain service records and inventory
• Follow safety and shop procedures

• Tire service or automotive maintenance experience
• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 75 pounds
• Safety-focused mindset
• Comfort working in shop and outdoor environments
