Workforce Enterprises is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter for onsite work in Santa Fe Springs, CA
.

• Greet and assist lobby guests
• Handle customer requests and needs in person
  , via email
  , and by phone
• Communicate with office staff and the branch manager
• Input candidate applications into the company computer system
• Daily recruitment and dispatch-related support
• Must be able to commute to 2 client sites if needed

• Previous administrative experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the warehouse industry
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Open to working 8AM to 5PM
• Able to commute between 2 sites for check-ins if needed
• Open to overtime
• Bilingual in Spanish and English

• Avionte experience is a plus
• Recruitment/dispatch experience is a plus
