Sales Engineer​/ Estimator

Salary Range: $100k - $150k base salary with bonus and benefits

We're looking for an experienced Sales Engineer / Estimator who can combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service.

You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, develop accurate estimates, and guide projects from the initial request for quotation through the successful handoff to Engineering and Manufacturing.

This position works closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Fabrication, Assembly, Project Management, and executive leadership to help win profitable projects while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Responding to Requests for Quotation (RFQs)
• Meeting with customers to understand project requirements
• Reviewing drawings and specifications
• Developing complete cost estimates for labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment
• Preparing professional quotations and proposals
• Managing multiple estimates and projects simultaneously

• 5+ years estimating custom industrial equipment or manufacturing projects
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Experience estimating tanks, piping, skids, pressure vessels, or custom process equipment
• Experience developing Bills of Material and labor estimates
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and fabrication methods
• Experience reviewing vendor and subcontractor quotations
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams) for estimating, reporting, and communication
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plus
• Knowledge of fabrication methods including welding, fitting, and cutting is a plus
