Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, forecasts, KPIs, FX, and debt schedules
- Perform short- and long-term forecasting using data-driven and operational inputs
- Conduct variance analysis, validate models, and investigate discrepancies with actionable recommendations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the organization
- Analyze “what-if” scenarios and support covenant and compliance reviews
- Partner cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or accounting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements
- Knowledge of corporate finance concepts, valuation, and capital structures
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, MS Dynamics)
- CPA, CFA, or FPAC preferred
This is a Permanent position based out of Santa Fe Springs, CA.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
