Financial Reporting Manager

Manager of Financial Reporting needed for manufacturing company located in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This is a "hands on" onsite role responsible for analysis and planning for various locations. Will pay 175-200k DOE with bonus and a solid benefits package (M/D/V, 401k, PTO, Sick days and paid holidays).

Responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for month end and year end close process.
• Owns the financial reporting and consoldiations of financial statments at a global level.
• Responsible for the annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Own the consolidated P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet forecasts and variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, COGS, and margin trends.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses.
• Responsible for market, trend, inventory, pricing and cost analysis.
• Prepare and consolidate financial reports and analyze reporting and present findings to Executive Team, Boards and Department leaders.
• Own and particpate in the strategy and growth of the company.

Requirements:

• CPA required.
• Min of 7-10 years experience needed.
• Large company background/
• Adv Excel
• Experienced with Power BI, Tableau
• Experienced with multi-location or entity consolidations.
• Excellent comminucation skills and ability to present to Executive Team and Board.
