Job DescriptionThe Human Resource Manager oversees all HR functions for a leading global provider of aerospace ground support solutions. This position serves as a strategic partner to leadership, shaping a high‑performance culture and supporting organizational growth.
Operating in a fast‑paced, engineering‑focused environment, the HR Manager will strengthen workforce capabilities, ensure compliance, and enhance HR processes across the organization. Responsibilities span talent management, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HR policy development, regulatory compliance, HRIS oversight, and maintaining a safe, productive workplace.
This leader will play a key role in advancing people initiatives, supporting organizational planning, and guiding change management efforts while fostering positive relationships at all levels of the company.
Qualifications Required- Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources or related field preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, communicate, and operate office equipment; able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in both office and occasional industrial environments with variable noise/exposure levels.
- Experience with Paylocity.
- Background in open enrollment & benefits administration.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
