KDS Strategic Search Group is seeking a hands-on WMS Support Analyst (Level
1) to provide onsite technical support for our Southern California warehouse operations. The role covers troubleshooting hardware, software, RF scanners, and printer devices, with travel between local facilities as needed.
You will work closely with warehouse users, manage support tickets, and assist with enterprise IT tasks while expanding knowledge of WMS platforms and distribution IT environments.
