Purchasing Assistant
Onsite | Santa Fe Springs, CA
$50,000 - $55,000 base salary

What You’ll Do- Obtain and verify vendor order acknowledgements
- Provide purchase order updates to sales (dates, delays, changes)
- Assist with PO updates, including costs and delivery dates
- Reconcile invoice discrepancies with buyers
- Partner with receiving to share required paperwork
- Build working relationships with vendor contacts
- Support consignment management and system updates
- Maintain reports, records, and OnTime Delivery data
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and vendors
Required:
- 6-12 months of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Associate’s Degree
- Competitive base pay: $50K-$55K (no bonus)
