Transportation Specialist

Every JANUS et Cie piece that leaves our warehouse has a story and you're the one who makes sure it gets where it's going, on time, every time. We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Transportation Specialist to own our export shipment process and run point on California delivery scheduling and routing.

This isn't a  track a spreadsheet and hope  role. You'll be the connective tissue between our warehouse, carriers, and customers ;solving routing conflicts before they become problems, keeping export documentation airtight, and making sure every delivery window actually holds.

What you'll own:

• End-to-end planning and tracking of all warehouse export shipments
• Export documentation accuracy — commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and more
• CA delivery scheduling and routing, from first mile to final drop-off
• Real-time problem-solving when carriers, timelines, or routes go sideways
• Clear, constant communication with warehouse, sales, and customer-facing teams

What you bring:

• 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or export coordination
• SAP ERP experience, ideally with order/shipment processing
• The kind of organization that makes chaos look easy
• A calm, solutions-first mindset when things don't go to plan
• Strong communication skills — you keep people in the loop before they have to ask
