Overview
AGSE is seeking an Associate Director of Projects and Growth Initiatives to drive and ensure the successful implementation of strategic projects. This hands-on role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact by leading projects, fostering innovation, and achieving business goals established by the COO. This is a hands-on role requiring personal attention to meeting timelines for global growth initiatives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic advisor and support team members to the COO on global expansion, including, but not limited to, entity formations, entity registrations, and related treasury relationship establishments.
- Global Entity Corporate Maintenance for the entire business enterprise that may include up to 30 entities.
- Support initiatives and projects related to manufacturing expansion in Europe and service centers globally.
- Merger and Acquisition support efforts, including lead generation, interfacing with brokers, PE firms, support functions with IOI and LOI, SPA or APA, and due diligence.
- Support functions and projects related to joint venture arrangements.
- Support the COO and executive management team on oversight of cross-value stream projects, including updates on ERP implementation, supply chain arrangements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Perform cost estimates, budget control, and critical path scheduling.
- Identify and provide potential resolutions to problems, project changes, and resource constraints, escalating to senior management as necessary.
- Communicate planning project status, issues, and risks to the executive team to maintain clear visibility and roadmap to delivery timelines.
- Partner with all stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
- Supporting any projects as may be established.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting, finance, or operational roles, including at least 2 years in a project management role.
- Strong background in cross functional corporate and operational environment.
- Ability to operate without any direct reports. This is a hands-on role.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, Excel, Power BI tools)
- Travel requirements, both domestic and internationally, up to 8%.
Job Type: Full-Time Employment
Pay:
Base Salary $150,000-$160,000 per year, discretionary bonus up to 15% of base. The Total Compensation package, including the discretionary bonus program, can be up to $184,000.
This role is considered exempt and an “
ONSITE
” role only.
