AR​/Collections Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to lead daily A/R and collections operations in high-volume environment. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, is comfortable managing a broad customer base, and enjoy being onsite and closely connected to the business.

• 5-7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections
• Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role is a must
• Strong understanding of A/R processes, credit, and collections best practices
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and support a team effectively
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable working on-site 5 days per week in Santa Fe Springs, CA
• Experience working with large, diverse customer base
• Experience managing high-volume transactional A/R
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required
