Adecco is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and daily operations of the office and laboratory spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Job Title:

Facilities Manager

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-Time

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Conduct routine facility inspections and address repair needs

+ Coordinate and manage outside vendors and contractors

+ Monitor maintenance expenses and help manage the department budget

+ Ensure building safety, cleanliness, and security (interior and exterior areas)

+ Respond to facility-related emergencies as needed

+ Manage work orders and day-to-day maintenance activities

+ Partner with property management and leadership on facility projects

+ Support lab and office infrastructure needs (utilities, supplies, waste disposal, etc.)

+ Serve on the Safety Committee and support emergency response efforts

+ Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP, ISO, and company procedures

+ Oversee facility permits and required certifications

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or equivalent

+ 5+ years of hands-on facilities or property maintenance experience

+ 2+ years of supervisory experience

+ Strong communication and vendor management skills

+ Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies

** Pay Details:**  $30.00 per hour
