Yoh is hiring a Material Handler for our manufacturing client. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling, kitting, and restocking raw materials and finished products to support production operations. The Material Handler will operate applicable industrial equipment, maintain clean work areas, comply with written manufacturing procedures, and support production teams in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments. This position also supports inventory accuracy, material flow, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Job Functions- Pull, pick, kit, and restock raw materials and products to support production operations.
- Work in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom manufacturing environments.
- Support production teams by ensuring timely and accurate material availability.
- Work closely with customer service and sales teams in a supporting role, as needed.
- Understand and follow manufacturing paperwork and instructions.
- Perform physical counting, reconciliation, and reorganization of materials.
- Retrieve, replenish, and verify materials, including material notification when required.
- Perform required system transactions related to inventory and material movement.
- Operate and monitor select automated production equipment; reset or service equipment as needed.
- Drive company vehicles between facilities, as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager/Supervisor, Manufacturing Lead, or Line Trainer.
- Learn, follow, and adhere to Manufacturing Procedures (MPs) and company quality policies.
- Complete manufacturing paperwork accurately and verify documentation.
- Complete required training objectives and demonstrate training effectiveness as outlined in the training plan.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience and/or training as a Material Handler preferred.
- Basic mathematical skills to use assembly and inspection tools (e.g., rulers, gauges, reticles).
- Introductory-level computer proficiency.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English regarding manufacturing procedures, workflows, equipment setup, and work instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand and/or sit for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to distinguish between colors, as required for product identification and signaling systems.
- Strong manual dexterity to handle, count, and manipulate materials.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout an entire shift.
- Ability to learn and work in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, with occasional movement to transport materials or communicate with manufacturing leadership.
- Ability to operate equipment to assemble or prepare parts manually and inspect work accuracy per manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements

- Standing, walking, sitting, and using hands to manipulate, handle, or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment.
- Frequent talking and hearing required.
- Occasional lifting or moving up to 10 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Noise levels in the work environment are typically very quiet.
