We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Superintendent to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a proven track record of driving results.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet production targets and customer demands.
• Monitor production metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
• Manage and train production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards and regulations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of production processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards and regulations.
• Proven track record of driving results and meeting production targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other production software.
