Forklift Operator / General Laborer

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Forklift Operator / General Laborer to join our warehouse or production team. This hybrid role includes operating a forklift and performing various general labor duties to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials
• Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, material handling, and basic assembly or packaging
• Assist with inventory counts and organization of warehouse or production areas
• Load and unload trucks or containers safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times
• Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any issues or maintenance needs
• Support shipping and receiving departments as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
• 1+ years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and warehouse operations
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
