STS Metals is a unified organization composed of five businesses working together to deliver high-quality titanium, stainless and alloy steel and nickel products. We proudly serve the aerospace, medical, industrial, and space industries with a commitment to innovation, manufacturing excellence, and superior customer service.

In this role at Brown Pacific, you’ll operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment while following safety, quality, and process standards. You’ll perform basic setups and adjustments, conduct in-process inspections, document results, and work closely with your team to meet daily production goals. Operators may be assigned to specific equipment or processes based on business needs, including wire drawing machines, grinders, mills, and annealing furnaces.

This is a hands-on role in an active manufacturing environment that values consistency, attention to detail, and teamwork. It’s a strong opportunity for individuals who want steady work, skill development, and a clear path forward in manufacturing.

This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt. Typical days and hours of work are Monday to Friday, (5:00am to 3:00pm). This position may require overtime and occasional weekend work.

The Machine Operator will safely control various machines and equipment involved in production.

This is physical, detail-driven work in a manufacturing environment that can include heat, noise, dust, and demanding equipment. You’ll be on your feet, wearing PPE, and expected to meet quality and production standards every shift. Overtime is often part of the job.

It’s worth it because this is real manufacturing with real impact. You’ll build valuable skills, gain experience on specialized equipment, and have opportunities to cross-train and grow into advanced operator, lead, or technical roles over time. The expectations are clear, the work is honest, and the products you help make truly matter.
