Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Santa Fe Springs, CA, for a Quality Control (QC) Manager. The QC Manager will oversee the quality assurance programs and processes within the production facility to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations. The role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control procedures, auditing production processes, managing quality incidents, and leading a team to ensure consistent product quality.

The QC Manager will also collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement in quality and operational standards.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and auditing processes in food production environments
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as HACCP and FDA requirements
  • Strong skills in leadership, team management, and employee training
  • Data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to identify solutions and drive process improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration
  • Proficiency with quality management systems and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience in the food production or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment and adapt to changing priorities
