  • 6+ months of industry experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in an FDA-regulated cGMP setting.
  • Proficiency in wet chemistry techniques, including titrations and sample preparation.
  • Experience performing raw material testing and basic laboratory testing in a quality control setting.
  • Ability to operate and interpret results from FTIR instruments for identity testing, or strong aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Solid understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and laboratory safety protocols.
  • Ability to follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and accuracy in recording data, calculations, and observations in an ERP or similar system.
  • Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment as part of a small team.
  • Prior experience working in an FDA-regulated cGMP environment.
  • Hands-on experience operating FTIR instruments for raw material identity testing.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for data entry and tracking.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high quality standards and compliance with laboratory procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate and document unexpected or out-of-specification results.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and report findings clearly.
