Quality Assurance - QA/QC
Job Title
Records and tracks returned products and product problems to aid in improving product quality; tracks what comes in, where it is in the system, and when it is discarded or repaired and ready to resell.
Position Responsibilities:
- Checks for and verifies warranties, and prepares required paperwork for refunds.
- Facilitates moving returned product through the system, with the goal of reselling products that can be refurbished.
- Processes product returns from customers.
- Interacts with customers, receives information about faulty products, and gives customers assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers.
- Opens, spot checks, inspects, and tests customer and vendor returns of RMA products.
- Receives, sorts, and stages returns, and logs data about returns into the system.

Qualifications:
Education:
HS diploma or equivalent
Experience:
2+ years of relevant customer service experience required

Office Environment
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer

Compensation Range: $18.31 - $24.56
