QUALITY INSPECTOR

2ND SHIFT

Requirements

• 3+ years quality inspection experience in aerospace/manufacturing environment
• HS diploma
• GD&T proficient
• Measuring tools
• Proficient computer skills for entering inspection data into ERP system

Essential functions:

• Follow quality processes & procedures to perform detailed inspection in receiving, in process and final inspection.
• Complete required documentation
• Perform AS9102 first article inspection and other extensive inspections per specifications
• Document all inspections in accordance with procedures and processes
• Ensure quality standards are met for all components & assemblies for final acceptance
• Develop and review inspection plans
• Maintain parts history folders, inspection reports and prints/drawings
• Utilize standard measuring instruments
• Calibrate and document hand tools and other inspection equipment
• Perform visual inspection
• Perform hardness and electrical conductivity testing
• GD&T knowledge
