Overview
STS Metals is a unified organization composed of five businesses working together to deliver high-quality titanium, stainless and alloy steel and nickel products. We proudly serve the aerospace, medical, industrial, and space industries with a commitment to innovation, manufacturing excellence, and superior customer service.
This position is classified as regular, full-time. This position regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend work. This position is responsible for resolving customer inquiries and questions and offering solutions to drive Company revenue.
Responsibilities- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
- Create sales material to present to customers.
- Work collaboratively with Sales & Marketing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum three years’ work experience in Sales, Customer Service or related fields.
- Must be able to read and understand instructions in English.
- Must have the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Must have strong negotiating skills.
- Must be proficient with CRM platforms.
- Must be deadline and detail oriented.
- Must be able to communicate, verbally and in writing, with managers and coworkers.
- Must maintain quality practices and safety standards.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
