Job Skills / RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Patrol Duties:
- Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of the entire property including parking lots, storefronts, and common areas.
- Monitor for suspicious activity, vandalism, theft, and safety hazards.
- Ensure doors, gates, and access points are properly secured.
- Greet shoppers and tenants in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide directions or assistance to visitors as needed.
- Serve as a visible deterrent to criminal or disruptive behavior.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and calls for service.
- De-escalate conflicts and manage incidents calmly and effectively.
- Write detailed, accurate daily activity reports and incident reports.
- Monitor CCTV systems, if applicable.
- Report and log any irregularities or maintenance concerns.
- Policy Enforcement:
- Enforce property rules and local regulations.
- Address unauthorized loitering, solicitation, or overnight parking.
