Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor information, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in accordance with post procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to deter unauthorized access, identify unusual activity, and observe conditions that may require follow-up;
Support site operations with strong communication and customer service
