Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and contractor activity in accordance with property policies; document incidents, observations, and patrol activity in required reports.;
Communicate professionally with property personnel, law enforcement, emergency responders, and Allied Universal management as needed.
