• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific access‑control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points at a logistics and distribution location by verifying authorized entry, screening visitors, issuing credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Control the flow of personnel, vehicles, deliveries, and/or shipments at designated entry and exit points while reporting unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required.
• At least 1 year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
