Warehouse Custodian

Job Overview

Responsible to keep assigned areas, such as office, commercial, industrial, or institutional building in clean and orderly condition.

• Maintains clean work area and complies with company safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stops at risk behavior of others and self.
• Prepares finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Loads and unloads goods and supplies and ensures proper handling.
• Packs, labels and tags the inventory in the warehouse.
• Maintains quality in the warehouse and keeps track of all damaged inventory.
• Performs preventive maintenance on forklift, truck, and/or railcar.
• Moves waste from assembly line to dumpsters.
• Completes daily logs.
• Carries out all orders of the supervisors and works with fellow workers and other team members.
• Uses proper personal protective equipment.
• Understands customer service and satisfaction.

Education and/or

Experience:

High school diploma / GED. No previous experience is required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Required to have a valid Driver’s license. Maybe required to be forklift certified. Completed all safety and task training certifications.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

$18-$20 per hour

Sunday-Thursday 3:00PM-11:30PM
