Automotive Controller

Crossroads Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting utilizing

Dealer track systems. In this role, you will manage accounting functions, support dealership operations, and maintain compliance with financial regulations while leveraging Dealer track software to streamline processes.

• Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Utilize Dealer track systems for accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and dealership policies.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to align financial objectives.
• Train and supervise accounting staff to optimize performance and accuracy.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Controller or similar financial management role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of Dealer track software and dealership financial systems.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and insurance regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
