Part‑Time Invoicing Clerk Custom Home Builder & Remodeler – Santa Fe, NM

Established Santa Fe custom home builder and remodeling company seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented part‑time invoicing clerk to support our growing team. This hybred position offers flexible scheduling across the workweek and approximately 12‑20 hours per week.

• Gather and organize all pertinent client and project information needed to create invoices
• Prepare and issue invoices for completed work on a weekly basis
• Coordinate invoice details and documentation with the company bookkeeper
• Maintain accurate digital records and filing systems
• Assist with tracking project billing information and job documentation
• Create and maintain project budgets through the span of the project
• Communicate professionally with internal team members regarding billing needs

• Proficiency in Quick Books Online and Microsoft Excel
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with construction software platforms
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

• Part‑time: 12–20 hours per week
