Responsibilities AccountabilityPersin is to Manage day-to-day sales administrative responsibilities plus dedicated areas of expertise
Technical Skills / Responsibilities- Provide professional, confidential, and organized administrative support
- Maintain calendars and schedules
- Monitor emails and phone calls; proactively respond and coordinate issues
- Maintain and update distribution/contact lists
- Organize and maintain department files (electronic and hard copy)
- Daily interaction with cross-functional teams
- Handle confidential material with integrity and professionalism
- Work efficiently under pressure
- Use time-bound applications accurately and timely
- SAP/MDG/myBuy (tools/systems exposure)
- Support special projects as needed
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, maturity, and respect
- Strong team player; supports cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments

- The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,500 - $63,100.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

- 2+ years of experience in Admin Support (Consumer Goods company preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to learn multiple IT applications
- Experience in prioritizing work and multitasking with urgency
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills; discretion with sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem‑solving ability
- Demonstrates integrity, respect for diversity, and ethical behavior
