Our Client is seeking a Accounting Analyst to support key departmental planning activities and strengthen financial operations. This role plays a vital part in budgeting, process improvement, workload planning, and financial data analysis, while also ensuring the integrity and optimization of various business systems across the organization.

• Support business planning functions including budgeting, scheduling, process design, and workflow optimization.
• Analyze financial data to support Accounting operations, including reporting, analytics, and system‑related processes.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Information Systems teams to maintain system accuracy and resolve identified issues.
• Assist in enhancing process automation and streamlining workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to end users in finance and related departments.
• Contribute to process documentation, implementation of enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, preferably with exposure to healthcare environments.
• SQL certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment as well as independently.
• Creative problem‑solving abilities and strong analytical mindset.
• Understanding of program management concepts, cost accounting, feasibility analysis, forecasting, and pro forma development.
• Familiarity with hospital operational systems (billing, general ledger, payroll, admissions, medical records, and clinical systems).
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with complex computer systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (related experience may be substituted for education).
