Organization & HR Analytics Spec

Overview:
Daimler Truck AG, a global automotive leader, seeks an Organizational Design & Governance and Workplace Services Manager in Mexico to design and optimize organizational structure across all locations and oversee workplace services for Mexico City offices.

• Lead the design and continuous optimization of the organizational structure across all Daimler Truck México locations, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and strategic priorities.
• Maintain accurate and compliant organizational documentation in line with ISO standards and applicable DTAG/DTNA policies, ensuring audit readiness and governance integrity.
• Oversee the administration of workplace services—including transportation and parking—for Mexico City offices, ensuring efficient, high-quality support to enhance employee experience and enable business continuity.
• Analyze the organizational structure to provide strategic guidance to business areas on the creation, elimination, and optimization of positions, ensuring alignment with approved PCNs and compliance with DTAG and DTNA governance.
• Provide guidance in the development and completion of job descriptions, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities to support accurate job evaluation and appropriate job leveling.
• Develop and analyze DTM headcount planning to ensure positions needed for each area are included in the vacancy coverage budget.
• Negotiate and coordinate transportation services with other business units for corporate offices and DTM parking to ensure employee services.
• Maintain data integrity in Daimler’s HR systems to provide accurate reporting and analysis for business needs and guarantee correct information for DTAG and DTNA.
• Develop, analyze and propose HR analytics to support the HR Director and managers in implementing strategies.

• Organizational analysis experience.
• Experience with ISO audits for organization.
• Data analysis skills.
• English level upper intermediate (B2+).
