Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Salary

$100,000 - $130,000 per year

• Extensive field leadership experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Strong background delivering K-12 education or healthcare facility projects
• Experience managing large institutional projects and complex site logistics
• Proven ability coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations
• Deep knowledge of construction safety programs and quality control processes
• Experience managing schedules, inspections, and construction documentation
• Ability to collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and field teams
• Must work onsite at commercial construction project sites in and around the state of New Mexico, primarily northern NM

• Fully paid healthcare premium for the employee
