Four Seasons - Up to $20.76/hour - 198 State Road 592 - Responsibilities:
Check in guests, understanding their situations and feelings and taking action to create the best possible experience;
Check out guests, ensuring satisfaction with empathy and awareness of any issues encountered during their visit;
Act as a confident problem solver in all guest interactions, delivering the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests, resolve concerns, and assist with inquiries;
Utilize multiple computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports, and select and block rooms for upcoming arrivals;
Answer and direct guest phone calls and process reservations, changes, and cancellations
