Scheduling Coordinator - HVAC Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating Santa Fe, NM

Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator who will play a critical role supporting our technicians and delivering exceptional service to our customers every day. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong dispatching or customer service experience who wants a stable, Monday-Friday office role with competitive pay and real impact.
What You'll Earn- Up to $26.00 per hour
, depending on your experience - Health benefits, paid holidays, and paid vacation

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Some overtime may be required during peak seasons)
What You'll Do- Manage daily technician schedules and dispatch them efficiently as service calls are completed
- Set appointments, schedule return visits, and coordinate with customers
- Provide excellent front-line support - answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring every customer feels taken care of
- Maintain accurate customer records and data in our system
- Work closely with technicians and managers to keep operations running smoothly
- Use your problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of dispatching or customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent data entry and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and stay highly organized while working independently
- Geographical knowledge of the Santa Fe service area or strong map-reading skills
- Professional phone presence and ability to operate a multi-line system
- Mechanical aptitude or HVAC industry knowledge (preferred)
- Experience with dispatch software (Field Edge is a big plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
