• A licensed or certified Dental Assistant in New Mexico (DANB or Radiology Certificate).
• Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus, but not required – we’ll train the right person!
• A friendly, patient, and upbeat personality that helps kids feel at ease.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A passion for providing excellent care in a team‑driven environment.

• Prepare patients and assist the dentist during procedures.
• Educate kids and parents about oral health and hygiene.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Help ensure each visit is a positive and comfortable experience.

• Certification from a dental college or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).

• X‑Ray New Mexico certification with license number.
• BLS certification.

• Topical Fluoride New Mexico Certification.
• Sealant New Mexico Certification.
• Coronal Polish New Mexico Certification with license number.
