Pro Care Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team for the school year. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while serving students in both Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Position DetailsLocation:
Split between Albuquerque and Santa Fe, NM
Contract Dates:
August 3, 2026 June 4, 2027
Schedule:
7.5 hours per day
Setting:
On-site only
This position supports the New Mexico School for the Deaf, a statewide program that provides high-quality educational, early intervention, and outreach services for children and youth, birth through age 21, who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.
Candidates with experience working with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community are strongly encouraged to apply. While not required, this experience is highly preferred and will help support the unique needs of the students served.
Responsibilities- Conduct psycho educational evaluations and assessments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Consult with teachers, families, and school staff.
- Support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology.
- Active New Mexico School Psychologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing students is preferred.
