Job Overview

BNZ Energy Inc. is recruiting exceptional PhD Physicists and Mathematicians, for both full-time and part-time employment. Demonstrated problem solving skills are a requirement. Having a strong sense of ethics, empathy, and teamwork are valued. Understanding of nonlinear dynamics, non-equilibrium physics, physical kinetics, and plasma physics; strong analytical mathematical and computational skills; and experience in programming in Python and PyTorch, would also be valued.

BNZ Energy Inc. is a startup company located in Santa Fe, New Mexico that is “making New Mexico the new Texas of sustainable energy” built upon a foundation of “BNZutu™ — true Generative Artificial Intelligence, that uses Watts, not Mega Watts”. Employees can work remotely.

Over the next two to three years, BNZ Energy Inc. will be focused on developing the BNZutu™ engine and developing at least one commercially viable product focused on the energy transition. Subsequently, BNZ Energy Inc. will use BNZutu™ to invest and trade in sustainable energy, develop a commercially viable fusion reactor, and optimize the development and management of petroleum and CO2 subsurface reservoirs.

BNZutu™ is the next generation AI that learns Real World behavior, that is topology. It is a two-stage canonical auto-encoder, that will: use massively less power, require insanely small data, and predict outcomes. By construction it will be empathetic and ethical.
