Main Tasks and Responsibilities:- Definition of standard documentation of flight hardware on satellite with a focus on electrical harness integration and alignment in the digital environment (DDMS);
- Estimates of standard times for harness integrations and alignment of flight hardware on satellite;
- Evaluation of the risk priority number (RPN) associated with the defined process and leading the corresponding process-failure mode-and-effects analysis (PFMEA), if required;
- Preparation of the process flow for the integration of electrical harness and documentation and alignment of flight hardware on satellite, taking into account external and internal requirements;
- Collection and implementation of feedback from the production team in the process flow and documentation to promote continuous improvements;
- Support of the production team in solving technical problems, and supervision of subcontractors for documentation of flight hardware on satellite with a focus on electrical harness integration and alignment;
- Participation in NRBs (Non-Conformance Review Boards) for root cause analysis and solution finding;
- Cooperation with other Airbus sites and European subcontractors;

Education
- Comparable qualification—aerospace/mechanical engineering, minimum bachelor's degree
IT
- SAP, minimum advanced application knowledge
- Experience with CAD software (DDMS, CATIA) desirable
Language Skills
- German, minimum proficient
- English, minimum fluent
Professional Experience
- Technical understanding of mechanisms and system elements of satellites and several years of relevant experience in the field of harness and alignment is required
- Experienced handling of and experience in high-quality harness integration, preferably of aerospace components, as well as alignment devices (laser tracker, theodolites) required
- Experience in the function and application of electrical components highly advantageous
Knowledge
- Knowledge of manufacturing and integration standards in the aerospace industry is required
- Experience in the field of metrology (mechanical/electrical)
