The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a CFO role within an acute-care hospital and will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and leadership.
The position requires strong management skills, the ability to motivate staff, and experience in investor-owned healthcare organizations. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, while a CPA or Master's Degree is preferred.
