We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic Accounting + Finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for a range of general accounting tasks, but will primarily be responsible for all accounting work associated with processing, analyzing, and reporting financial performance.

• Oversee all general ledger transactions and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close procedures.
• Prepare, review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses.
• Assist in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
• Interact with various levels of management and staff in conducting interviews and testing internal processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process.
• Offer insightful, strategic input to senior management on financial performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to meet both short and long‑term operational goals.
• Provide support in the management of company‑wide strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with financial reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, even under pressure.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
• Strong problem‑solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results‑orientation.
