The Universal Banker at our Santa Fe Cordova branch is an energetic, highly motivated individual who will serve as Teller, Personal Banker, and Customer Service specialist.

• Customer Service experience
• Cash Handling experience
• Banking experience is a plus but not required – training will be provided

• Perform full service banking with a primary focus on service and sales to new and existing customers within the branch.
• Perform teller duties including cash transactions, open or update accounts, and provide information on other products and services.
• Focus on and fulfill customer needs to maximize the customer experience on the phone and during branch visits.
• Meet or exceed sales and referral goals and meet or exceed individual and branch targets.
• Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options.

• High School Diploma or equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.

Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.

The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees may spend extended periods sitting or standing, using hands to operate computers or other equipment, and reaching for work‑related tasks. Regular walking may be required, along with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds.

Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
