La Fonda on the Plaza is seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our spa team!

We are looking for an experienced, professional esthetician who enjoys creating a relaxing, personalized experience for guests and has a genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

• Active New Mexico Esthetician License, active insurance and CPR certified
• 2+ years of professional esthetics experience preferred
• Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, and guest service
• Professional, reliable, and personable
• Comfortable working independently while also being a supportive team member
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to provide a high-quality, relaxing experience for hotel and spa guests
• Willingness to perform the spa’s current menu of facial and skincare services

• Independent Contractor position
• 40% commission on services
• 50% commission for estheticians who provide their own professional equipment
• Opportunity to work in a beautiful, historic Santa Fe hotel environment

• Services and treatment menu are already established and available online
