• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions andexhibitsconfidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
• A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success

• Currently licensed in New Mexico
• 3+ years of experience doing manicures and pedicures, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort setting
• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in English

• Perform a full range of manicure, pedicure, and nail enhancement services in accordance with
  
  Four Seasons standards, spa protocols, and industry best practices
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service that promotes relaxation, wellness, and a memorable guest experience from arrival through departure
• Build genuine connections with guests byanticipatingneeds, providing professional recommendations, and ensuring the highest level of care and hospitality
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene by properly disinfecting tools and equipment, preparing treatment areas, and compliant withall health, safety, and infection-control procedures
• Ensure treatment rooms, workstations, and supplies are fully stocked, organized, and presentation-readyat all times
• Promote spa services and retail products through knowledgeable recommendations that enhance the guest experience
