Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.

• 12 months of acute care experience.

• High School completion required

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Facility: CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program:
Health Trust Program - Christus Health.

• No previous experience allowed for Part-Time at Facility: CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program:
Health Trust Program - Christus Health.

Required Skills/Experience:

One year radiologic experience required

Thorough knowledge of associated radiographic equipment, neurological and cardiovascular anatomy and physiology, radiographic positioning, medical terminology and basic computer skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

one year interventional or cath lab experience preferred.

Thorough knowledge of interventional procedures in Cardiology and Radiology preferred.

Required Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent. Graduation from accredited radiologic technology program.

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend required. xrlwcon

On call: 10/12 days per month. Includes a weekend

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)

• CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography) or the alternative certifications VI (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)), CV (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT))

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
