- Shift: Night shifts, no blocked scheduling or set schedule, offering flexibility.

* Required Qualifications:
** - Valid RN State or Compact License - BLS Certification from AHA - Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience - ACLS certification is optional
** Position Highlights:** - Directly coordinate and implement patient care tailored to the specific age and needs of patients.
- Ensure quality care delivery in a safe and efficient manner consistent with unit standards.
- Engage in reassessment of patients to identify and manage progress and trends requiring intervention.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans with measurable outcomes.
- Participate in health education and discharge planning for patients and their families.
- Utilize effective communication strategies while promoting a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve unit and organizational goals.

- Prolonged standing and walking is required.
- Capacity for heavy lifting and transferring patients or equipment.
