As a Physical Therapist, you'll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and guide patients throughout every stage of their recovery. You'll work alongside experienced clinicians who believe collaboration strengthens patient care. We maintain sustainable daily caseload expectations of approximately 11 to 14 patients, allowing you the time to provide thoughtful treatment, maintain high-quality documentation, and build lasting relationships with the people you serve. Compensation:
  • Base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with clinical experience
Qualifications:
  • Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of New Mexico or eligibility for licensure
  • Prior outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish measurable functional goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on movement, performance, and long-term outcomes
  • Manage a sustainable daily caseload of approximately 11 to 14 patients
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to maintain high standards of care
  • Take ownership of patient outcomes and participate in continuous professional growth
