Follow steps of service to deliver warm, engaging, and expert hospitality that aligns with Four Seasons standards of excellence;
Adhere to cocktail recipes to deliver a consistent guest experience;
Demonstrate and continually expand knowledge of our full beverage program, including wines, cocktails, beers, and specialty spirits;
Support the team as a dedicated colleague by completing side work, greeting and seating guests when needed, and operating the MICROS system with accuracy;
Anticipate guest needs with a keen sense of awareness and presence, ensuring satisfaction through timely and thoughtful responses to questions or concerns
