• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury‑level experience
• A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success

• 1+ years of experience as a bell attendant/valet in a luxury hotel setting preferred
• United States driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to move luggage carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 100 lbs.
• Flexible schedule – availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Use your genuine and authentic personality to create an exceptional experience during arrival and departure for all guests
• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring bags are delivered accurately and promptly to the correct room
• Maintain awareness and presence at the resort entrance, coordinating door access for guests entering and exiting the lobby
• Support the quality, flow, and cleanliness of the front drive
• Complete deliveries and pickups to and from guest rooms, transporting guest and hotel packages as needed
• Ensure assigned vehicles are clean, well‑maintained, and ready at the start of each shift
• Provide safe and friendly transportation for guests to and from designated local destinations
